Update shipment quantities

Sellers can modify the shipment quantity before the shipment arrives at the WFS FCs.

Sellers cannot modify the shipment quantity when the shipment status is Receiving in Progress, Closed, or Cancelled.

To update the shipment, the seller must provide new quantities for each SKU. Sellers can add up to 6 units per SKU or reduce the quantity to 0 to remove a SKU from the shipment.

However, sellers cannot change the quantity of all SKUs to 0 — in that case, they must cancel the entire Inbound Order.
